Agreement to Terms
By using Pax, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the platform. We've written these in plain English — if something isn't clear, contact us.
What We Do
Pax provides an AI-powered business coaching and automation platform. Slim — the AI agent — acts on your behalf to execute approved tasks. You remain responsible for approving what Slim does.
Your Approval Is Required
Slim does not take consequential actions without your approval. You can set up recurring tasks that run automatically, but you authorized those yourself. You can revoke any autopilot task at any time.
Your Data
Your customer data, conversation history, and business information belong to you. We use it only to operate the platform on your behalf. We do not sell it, share it with other clients, or use it to train AI models without your explicit consent.
Your Credentials
Any login credentials or API keys you share with Slim are stored encrypted in AWS Secrets Manager. They are never stored in plain text and are never accessible to Pax employees without your explicit authorization.
Cancellation
You can cancel your account at any time. No cancellation fees. Your data is exportable for 30 days after cancellation.
Limitation of Liability
We work hard to make Slim accurate and effective. However, we cannot guarantee specific revenue outcomes. Slim is a tool — results depend on your business, your market, and your customers.
Changes to Terms
If we materially change these terms, we'll notify you in the platform at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after that means you agree to the updated terms.
