What we collect
We collect the information you give Slim — your business details, customer data you share or connect, and the conversation history between you and Slim. We also collect basic usage data (which features you use, when) to improve the platform.
What we don't do with it
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with other Pax clients. We do not use your customer data to train AI models without your explicit consent. Your business is your business.
Your customer data
When Slim reaches out to your customers on your behalf, it does so using contact information you provided or connected. Your customers' data is stored isolated from all other clients and protected by row-level security at the database level.
Credentials and secrets
Any login credentials, API keys, or access tokens you share with Slim are encrypted immediately and stored in AWS Secrets Manager. Pax employees cannot access them without your explicit authorization. Every access is logged.
Data retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you cancel, we retain your data for 30 days to allow for export, then delete it permanently.
Your rights
You can request a full export of your data at any time. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. Both are handled within 5 business days.
